Hi everyone! Long time for a new update ne! This time I want to introduce another artist that more or less has some relationship with w-inds. and Lead. The first time I heard about the name "Daichi Miura" was from Ryo's blog (Ryo prasied him as a very talented sempai that made me think he must be old~oh my). The first time I actually saw him was on visionmovie clip promoting Super Chample Live tour 2008 with Lead and Da pump. His looking didn't impressed me much so I passed it. But then when I watched w-inds.M episode with him as the guest I immediately knocked down by "Inside your head". And that is when my Daichi's world was built. Knowing more about him, I am now deeply in love with his music, his style and his "move". I also admired his effort to survive in Japanese showbiz. So now for all lovely Daichi's fans and Daichi's becoming-fans I put all the stuffs I can gather here in order to spread the love for Daichi Miura. And because it's much more than I thought so I will devide it into several entry. Let see how far can I go for Daichi XD. First off nust be his biography so new comers can know him more. The information was taken from some japanese site so please correct me if I got any details wrong!



#1 - BIOGRAPHY
Daichi Miura was born on 24th Aug 1987, in Okinawa. He is the former lead single of Folder - seven dance unit with two boys and five girls, from Aug 1997. Their debut single "Parachuter" was sold more than 10 million copies.

When he was only nine, Daichi Miura was dubbed “Japan’s Smallest Soulman” thanks to his strong dancing and vocal abilities. Debut at the age of ten and was praised by MISIA as "Japanese Michael Jackson" because of his outstanding singing ability. Daichi took a break from the music business at the age of 12 when his voice began to change and members of  Folder went on to become Folder5. Staying away from the stage's lights but he still continued in training in guitar, vocal and dancing.

01st Aug 2004, he declared a return to show business when he was just seventhteen. In January 2005, he hold his fisrt live "Live Chapter-0" in Osaka and Tokyo went with his own full name "Daichi Miura".

30th Mar 2005 he debut as a solo artist with the single "Keep it goin' on" under avex trax label. This single is like a message to his fans showing his unchanging love for music and unstoppable effort to stand in this strict industry.

Primarily an R&B artist, his first album has impressed even ZEEBRA (considered to be the godfather of Japanese R&B), and his influences include Usher and Justin Timberlake. Daichi Miura is now 21 years old and has released six singles, one full length album and a live DVD. He also participated in many big live music events in Japanese and oversea like ROCK STEADY CREW 30th Anniversary Festival, Summer Sonic, a-nation...

His seventh single "Your Love" feat. KREVA will be released on 11th Feb 2009. Let the music world know more about his name by supporting his music!!

Well I can talk nonstop about this PV cause it greater than expected, but to sum it up it show all the shinning of Lead. Rap. beat, cheerful melody, indeed summersong, school outfit, tan-skin (espeally my lovely Akira) pretty sexy boys and the dance of couse marvellous as usual! Well seem like I'm talking nonstop after all XD See it for yourself I bet you will love it immediately!!!
